Must Do’s
- Stay hydrated! Be sure to drink plenty of water and/or sparking mineral water throughout the day. Try some of the S Diet Plan Sips {Beverage} recipes, too. All of our Sips are zero calorie or low calorie to help keep you on track.
- Take a good quality multi-vitamin. If your body is missing essential vitamins and minerals, it may make you feel hungry, signaling you to eat more to fill the gap.
- Adding a probiotic supplement to your daily diet helps keep things regular. An increase in fiber from fruits and vegetables may cause constipation. If needed, take over the counter stool softeners. They work gently overnight unlike harsh laxatives which cause cramping.
What if I can’t have a smoothie for breakfast?
Mix plain yogurt with pure monk fruit powder to sweeten and add fresh berries. Choose from: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries.
What if I have soup for lunch and salad for dinner?
Switch up your meals, it’s perfectly fine. You can have a salad for lunch and soup for dinner. Or you can have a salad for both lunch and dinner or soup for both lunch and dinner.
What if I don’t like one of the fruits, vegetables, or other ingredients in a recipe?
Choose a substitution you like. Substitute any low calorie vegetable for any other low calorie vegetable. Switch any low sugar fruit for any other low sugar fruit. If you don’t like a recipe in a meal plan, switch it for another recipe you do like.
Most importantly, don’t force yourself to choke down foods you don’t enjoy!
What if I’m still hungry?
Weight loss is all about calories in minus calories out. The less you eat and the more active you are, the more you will lose. However, if you are hungry between meals, it’s better to enjoy a healthy snack and/or zero calorie or low calorie sips {beverages} than to get discouraged and quit the S Diet Plan.

Our 3 day meal plans are designed so your produce stays fresh. Enjoy the freedom of mixing and matching the 3 day meal plan you like. Our 3 day meal plans allow room in your schedule for dining out.
How can I cut down on food costs?
Enlist friends and family to join you, buy bulk, and split the costs. Shop farmers markets.
What about dining out, how do I stay on track?
Stick with salads when dining out, but be sure to carry a small jar of homemade dressing with you. If you forget it, you can mix balsamic and olive oil together and add in a bit of monk fruit powder to sweeten.
Keep 0 calorie pure monk fruit powder on hand for sweetening tea and coffee, too. Better yet, order water, club soda, or sparkling mineral water with lemon or lime while dining out.
Stay away from ordering restaurant soups as they often contain unhealthy oils, sugars in various forms, and preservatives.
Breakfast out is tricky. Order plain yogurt with fresh berries or other fruit. Mix in 1/32 teaspoon of monk fruit powder to sweeten. Or order eggs with a side of sliced tomatoes. Stay away from ordering smoothies while out since most are made with inferior protein powders, soy milk, or ingredients that contain sugar like fruit juice and sherbet.
